Inventory Control Administrator
Job Description
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assists in the physical and data reception of goods by vendors, comparing the SKUs and quantities of
the PO to the invoice, and the latter to the actual goods
2. Assists in matching the quantities and value of stock with the system
3. Prepare the returned goods from warehouse to distributor, as per return policy
4. Point out issues causing discrepancies
5. Make sure the inventory processes are implemented in the store
6. Monitor the expiry date of all products received via daily practices
7. Coordinates with AOM and senior inventory controller prior and post the cycle counts
8. Covers KPIs of the store for ex: counting/checking
9. Handles physical verification, regular reconciliations, and general monitoring of stock activity
10. Implement inventory policies and procedures
11. Conduct daily cycle counts to ensure correct and live inventory
12. Conduct invoice matching in coordination with the PFM
13. Arrange transfers from site to site based on system and physical status
14. Reports all damaged returnable and non-returnable products with reason – and transfers to quarantine
and returns based on terms
15. Participates in monthly and annual stock counts in the field, when and if required
16. Audits freshies treatment, zoning, returns, receiving, batches and transfer sites, then acts according to
each status
17. Fills in impeccably related reports upon visits
18. Performs other duties as assigned
IMS ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reports any hazards or risks in addition to Accidents/Incident to QHSE department
Complies to company’s IMS Policy
Abides by company’s local legal and client requirements
Attends and engages in IMS awareness sessions
Ensures that all IMS procedures are regularly followed and raises the issue when they are not
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or supply chain or any equivalent degree
