Inventory Specialist / Logistics Inbound Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage picker reporting for daily inventory location movements
• Track, log, and maintain inventory listings, including locations, inventory movements, alternate warehouse transfers, and inventory accuracy
• Coordinate and prioritize the receiving of goods across warehouse locations
• Track and manage inbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and space allocation priorities
• Create and issue receiving reports with accurate shipment and inventory details
• Review received goods for accuracy and integrity, reporting discrepancies, and issues to management
• Process and maintain inventory discrepancy records, adjustments, and related transactions
• Arrange pickups and coordination for empty container returns
• Coordinate inventory transfers between warehouse locations based on order requirements
