**Inventory Strategist – Plant Vogtle 3&4**
**JOB SUMMARY**
This position provides Inventory Control and Materials Management support of Southern Company Nuclear Materials and Warehouse Operations. Employee will be responsible for development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic inventory initiatives such as Inventory Optimization, Parts Sharing and Technology deployment in support of established goals for Inventory Management and Warehouse operations. This position will be responsible for working closely with site Material Supervisors, Site Supply Chain Management Managers, Category Managers, Engineering, Maintenance, Site Projects, and Operations, to ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the best value while balancing risk and investment. The expectation of the position will be to support and promote Safety, Compliance, Customer Service, and Team initiatives in the workplace.
