Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth underwriting and due diligence on new credit opportunities, including financialmodelling, valuation stress-testing, industry/peer analysis, and financial covenant structuring;
- Assist in preparing investment memorandums, outlining key risks, mitigants, return drivers andrecommendations;
