• Design and evolve the New-to-Investment Lifecycle strategy
• Lead the execution of customer experience initiatives
• Ensure alignment across product and customer experience strategies

Requirements:
• 4-7 years of experience in retail banking or strategy
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
