About the Role
We are looking for someone to lead the Investor Services (IS) department, driving strategy, ensuring overall goals are met, and providing oversight and support to managers across client relationship, regulatory, risk control and change management.
Responsibilities
- Management and development of strong client relationships, representing IS and the Company to clients.
- Ensure day‑to‑day IS service delivery consistently meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Liaise with clients on development initiatives and handle or resolve complex operational and customer complaints referred by managers.
- Accountable for controls within the teams, maintaining a focus on the control environment.
- Drive development and implementation of appropriate procedures to meet internal controls, external compliance and regulatory requirements.
