This role is ideal for professionals with a background in client services, finance, or investments who are excited to support accredited investors accessing exclusive venture capital and alternative investment opportunities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and a high sense of urgency to ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses.
You will be a key touchpoint in the investor journey, working closely with investors, Account Managers, and the Compliance team to manage documentation, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless and positive experience at every stage of the investment lifecycle.
