Play a strategic role within Kellanova’s Global Business Services team as an Invoice to Cash Sr. Manager leading Invoice to Cash (ITC) organization for the LATAM Region, playing a critical role in stabilizing operations while driving transformation. As a senior people leader, you will guide a multi-layered organization through change, ensuring business continuity and strong delivery across end-to-end ITC processes while shaping the future‑state organization.
You will lead a team with direct and indirect scope across Latin America, partnering closely with senior stakeholders in Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance. The role is located in Querétaro and offers high visibility, exposure to executive leadership, and the opportunity to influence cash flow, DSO, and working capital outcomes during a pivotal period of transformation.
