Reporting to the Director of Public Service Training, the Manager is tasked with the planning and delivery of comprehensive training programs aligned with GN priorities. This role requires collaboration with departments to ensure that learning initiatives effectively meet training needs while also managing budgets and overseeing the Learning Management System's usage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the planning and coordination of training programs effectively
• Develop GN training plans for varied departmental needs

• Degree in Education, HR, or related discipline
