- This role is perfect for a seasoned IT professional who has mastered the fundamentals and is now focused on optimizing systems, hardening security configurations, and refining the end‑user experience through technical excellence
- 4 – 6+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration or a high‑level Support Engineering role
- Subject Matter Expertise: Deep, high‑level proficiency in managing macOS and Windows at scale in a corporate environment
- Advanced MDM/IdP Knowledge: Proven experience configuring and maintaining Jamf Pro and/or Microsoft Intune, as well as Okta (or similar Identity providers)
- AI‑Driven Development & Scripting: Ability to leverage AI‑native coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) and low‑code platforms (e.g., n8n) to read, modify, and build automation workflows, scripts, or device configurations to eliminate repetitive tasks
