The Business Analyst performs a wide range of duties including some or all the following:
- Translate customer business requirements into technical designs and product configurations
- Work closely with customer sales and service organizations to define application metrics, reports, dashboards, data mapping, and other integration requirements
- Implement customer requirements using NICE’s software solutions
Qualifications
Required Skills/Experience:
- Enterprise applications (e.g. Avaya, Siebel, Genesys, Siebel, SAP)
- EAI tools (e.g. WebMethods, TIBCO)
- Reporting/business intelligence tools (e.g. Business Objects, Cognos) or database applications
- Project experience - working as part of a team
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer facing skills
