Job Summary:
Technical and operational support for all manufacturing processes related to computer or automation equipment, in particular Servo and Engraving equipment.
Essential Functions:
Be an expert in the use of spell/cam software systems and in everything related to the spell/cam work cell equipmentMonitor, test and troubleshoot spell/cam automation cells (computers, peripherals, CNC machines and ergonomics)Support and troubleshooting of spell/cam parameters for different stylesTest and confirm that changes to the work cell software were applied correctlyInstall, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade the hardware and software of the spell/cam cells, engraving servomechanisms and desktop devicesSupport and maintenance to user requirements, including troubleshooting and operator IT trainingDevelop and maintain detailed documentation of the cell configuration as well as its securi...
