- As an IT Command Centre Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing IT systems, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.
- You will work closely with senior team members to resolve issues, provide support, and maintain high levels of system availability.
- Sound knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience in IT Infrastructure alert monitoring and triaging.
- Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
- ControlM & TWS batch job operations
- Mainframe batch job operations & knowledge of JCL management.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation tools, Data analysis
