Eligibility
Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there
Mandatory Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
- 5+ years IT delivery/project management experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Hands‑on experience with JIRA, MS Project (or equivalent tools)
