Working as an IT engineer, daily operation in supply chain and order management area, include biz issue trouble shooting, proactive monitoring, customer care, Intelligent operation(AI), etc.1. Support system operation of Lenovo SAP ECC/S4,CFOC and other self-developed systems, mainly involved in order placing, supply chain, invoice and other related fields.2. Assist users to solve the system issues in high quality and quantity based on the urgency; solve monitoring issues and dig out opportunity for the monitoring automation.3. Record valuable knowledges as the documentation in the knowledge base in high quality.4. Complete team key tasks assigned by team leader with high quality and quantity, eg:AI related topic.Job Requirement:1.
