We are looking for IT talent with a B2 English level! A leading company in the BPO sector is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Analyst oriented toward providing technical support and solutions to users in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Job Conditions
Location / Modality: 100% On-site – Bogotá (Conecta 80). Contract Type: Permanent / Indefinite term contract. Salary: $2,850,000 COP base salary + up to $200,000 COP in performance-based commissions. Training: 2 fully paid days. Schedule / Shifts:
Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday.Morning window shifts (finishing at 5:30 PM max).2 days off per week (rotating/not fixed). Main Functions
Provide tier-1 IT technical support.Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software incidents.Manage ticketing queues, log details, and ensure proper follow-up on cases.
