Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team of Help Desk support.
- Administer infrastructure: Fortinet firewalls, endpoint security, Windows/Linux, Active Directory.
- Manage virtualization (VMware, Nutanix, Parallels) and SQL Server (ERP support).
- Oversee Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, security).
- Perform hands‑on work (hardware, cabling, data center support).
- Manage vendors, budgeting, and IT operations.
Qualifications
- 5+ years hands‑on IT infrastructure experience.
- Solid knowledge of Fortinet, Microsoft 365, AD, virtualization, and SQL Server.
