Responsibilities
- Manage the Information Technology Department activities while providing clear direction and goals.
- Understand, implement, and collaborate to improve the organization’s global IT practices.
- Continuously analyze current processes, technologies, systems, and vendors to identify areas of improvement. Prepare cost‑benefit analysis reports when necessary. Evaluate vendors and solutions to ensure they offer the best possible product, service, and value for company needs.
- Preserve information assets by implementing, maintaining, and monitoring disaster recovery processes, back‑up procedures, and information security and control structures. Backups include servers, cloud operations, and core JAC IT infrastructure. Ensure viable backups and complete periodic testing to ensure recovery.
