This role offers the opportunity to oversee the entirety of their IT infrastructure, manage various projects, and align technology strategies with business objectives. You will lead the IT team by overseeing recruitment, training, and performance.

What you will do
- Advise on a broad range of insurance coverage matters, including commercial property, liability, professional liability, and D&O.
- Stay updated with technology advancements and recommend, implement, and maintain appropriate software and systems to support the firm's operations.
- Monitor daily performance of IT systems, including computers, programs, and networks.
