To strengthen our team, for an assignment with our customer in the Bern area, we are looking for an IT support all-rounder with a hands‑on mentality, available immediately.
IT Onsite Support Specialist (60%)
Your tasks
- User support: processing tickets, supporting local users and workstations
- Hardware lifecycle management, including the replacement of a larger laptop fleet
- Practical on‑site project support in close collaboration with an international corporate team
- Assist with core switch replacement in the data center and with the migration from the virtualization environment
Your profile
- Several years of experience as an ICT support specialist or IT administrator
- Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, AD, M365)
- Fluent German or French
