IT Operations Analyst Reports To: Head of Compliance and Enterprise Risk Location: This will be a hybrid role based in Calgary About the job: We’re hiring our first dedicated IT Operations Analyst which means this role will be a little bit of everything and will provide a big opportunity to make your mark.
Right now, IT support is shared across the team.
It works… mostly.
But with our growth plans, we need someone who can take ownership, continue to improve structure, and make things just work better.
This is a hands-on role in a busy environment.
You might be setting up a new hire on their first day, tracking down a stubborn login issue, rolling out a new SaaS tool, or figuring out how to make onboarding faster and less painful.
If something is broken, unclear, or inefficient, you’ll have the freedom to improve it.
