Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for end-user devices and standard applications
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Handle IT incidents and service requests within defined SLAs
- Monitor daily IT operations and ensure service availability
- Support LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and basic network issues
- Monitor and manage basic server operations as assigned
- Monitor backup processes and report any failures
- Maintain IT assets inventory and device lifecycle tracking
- Prepare and configure devices for new users (onboarding)
- Ensure endpoint security policies and updates are applied
- Maintain documentation and prepare periodic IT reports
- Coordinate with vendors and assist in IT-related tasks and projects
