The IT Project Manager II is responsible for managing delivery of technology initiatives across Brand Advocacy Solutions (BAS), including AI‑enabled tools, system integrations, and internal technology initiatives. This role drives end‑to‑end project execution, ensuring alignment across teams and successful delivery of solutions that support business operations and efficiency.

Project Delivery
- Lead end‑to‑end project delivery across assigned initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with defined timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain clear project accountability.
AI & Innovation
- Manage delivery of AI‑enabled tools, automations, and pilot programs across BAS.
