DESCRIPTION
The IT Project Manager II is responsible for managing delivery of technology initiatives across Brand Advocacy Solutions (BAS), including AI-enabled tools, system integrations, and internal technology initiatives. This role drives end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment across teams and successful delivery of solutions that support business operations and efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end project delivery across assigned initiatives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with defined timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders and maintain clear project accountability.
AI & Innovation
- Manage delivery of AI-enabled tools, automations, and pilot programs across BAS.
