Job Description

Purpose The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing information technology projects within Liberty Utilities’ Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) portfolio. The role ensures projects are delivered in accordance with approved scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and governance requirements.

Accountabilities

Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects from initiation through closure.

Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate delivery across internal teams and external vendors.

Apply Liberty’s EPMO Project Life Cycle and stage-gate reviews.

Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID) and work with the team to identify opportunities to minimize or negate risks to the project.

Ensure compliance with governance, audit, and delivery standards.

Serve as primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
