- -Places prepared vacancies on recruiting platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc);
- -Works with paid site options to increase the flow of incoming candidates' resumes;
- -Complements candidate funnels with cold search,
- -Conducts screening of calls with candidates, initial discussion of vacancies.
- -Assigns executive interviews with successful candidates.
- -Relevant work experience, ideally in an international IT startup;
- -It is desirable to have one of the specializations - IT developers / sales / marketing;
