Reporting to the Manager, Business Analysis, IT in this outstanding opportunity, you will undertake the following:

- Act as a key stakeholder and team member that plays a critical role in delivering successful projects;
- Create clear and comprehensive feature lists/product backlogs, comprised of functional and non-functional requirements;
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and Scrum Master to prioritize scope and create release plans for the year;
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications to support development and integration teams;
- Document and support API and system integration requirements, including working with external partners and validating integrations using tools such as Postman;
- Develop process and system models using standard diagramming techniques such as UML, BPMN, or similar frameworks;
