We are looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Technician to join our IT team based in Geneva, Switzerland.
Your Mission
Reporting to the IT Service Desk Supervisor and working as part of the European Service Desk team, you will provide first‑and second‑level technical support to end users, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and user satisfaction.
You will also contribute to IT asset management, administration of internal systems, and the implementation of local and international IT projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network‑related issues.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and password‑related requests.
- Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
