We are looking for an IT Support Analyst with studies in Systems, IT, Networking, Technical Support, or related fields. The candidate must have advanced and fluent English, strong customer service skills, good communication, and the ability to solve technical issues in a clear, friendly, and timely manner.
The selected person will support users with daily IT needs related to computers, connectivity, access, corporate tools, and general technical support.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support to end users.
- Set up, prepare, and validate laptops, computers, and peripherals.
- Support the delivery of work equipment.
- Troubleshoot basic issues related to Windows, internet, Wi‑Fi, corporate email, VPN, antivirus, and daily-use tools.
- Support password resets and basic access requests.
- Check LAN and Wi‑Fi connectivity.
