This job posting is for a current contract vacancy with our client. We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Belleville, Ontario. This hybrid position requires a minimum of three days onsite per week and focuses on providing exceptional Level 1 IT support to end users. Responsibilities:
• Deliver Level 1 IT support to employees, addressing technical issues efficiently and professionally.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and removal.
• Resolve daily IT support tickets, ensuring timely troubleshooting of hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Create and manage user accounts, group policies, and permissions within Active Directory.
