Job Description
The IT Support will ensure optimal use of agencys hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.
Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of The IT Coordinator, the IT Support will advise on IT equipment upgrades.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults.
- Resolving network issues.
- Speaking to employees to quickly get to the root of their problem.
- Following up to ensure the problem is resolved.
- Replacing or repairing the necessary parts.
- Supporting the roll-out of new applications.
- Providing assistance to employees with any technical issues or IT supports.
- Assist in developing electronic forms and documents.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, software, and infrastructure
