At ABA Tech , our IT team plays a key role in keeping employees connected, productive, and supported across the U.S. and Medellín offices. We’re looking for a proactive IT professional who enjoys solving technical issues and delivering excellent user support.
What you’ll do
- Provide remote and onsite technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Troubleshoot incidents and manage support tickets through resolution
- Support onboarding, user access, and device provisioning
- Manage IT assets including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Monitor systems, maintain documentation, and support compliance processes
- Deliver high-level support to leadership and key stakeholders
