The IT Support Technician provides first-point-of-contact technical support to staff and County Council, ensuring the reliable operation of end-user technologies and timely resolution of service requests; working under the direction of the Systems and Security Administrator, this position is responsible for responding to helpdesk requests, deploying and supporting end-user computer systems, telephony, peripherals and applications, and contributing to IT documentation, training, and asset management.
