Job Description
Salary: £40,000 - 42,000 per year
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a business environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Exchange Online
- Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Experience managing users, permissions, and access
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Responsibilities
- Provide 2nd line support for Microsoft 365 workplace tools and services
- Administer and support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Manage user accounts, permissions, licensing, and group configurations
- Support endpoint management using Intune and related tools
