Support the IT department in everything relevant to information systems, data management, ticket support, installation preventive and corrective maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to intern users, helping them to solve problems and answer questions.
- Assist in the installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Collaborate with the team on software and/or IT infrastructure development projects.
- Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency and security of internal systems.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on configuration, procedures, and changes.
Skills / Requirements
- Active student of a technology program related to Information Technology IT. (Technology in systems)
- Approval of internship by SENA.
