ITAD Operations ManagerThe ITAD (Information Technology Asset Disposition) operations team in the WW Returns and Takeback Operations organization designs, implements, and manages processes for securing data, refurbishing and recycling devices, reselling and recovering used HP and non‑HP products. The ITAD Operations Manager leads a team of supply‑chain professionals, sets vision, drives business‑model strategies, and ensures safe, legally compliant asset disposition while exceeding customer expectations.

- Shape business model, technology development, and customer value proposition evolution
- Engage with customers, sales, and channel partners to differentiate HP ITAD
