Italian Customer Service Representative | Lisbon, Portugal
We are hiring Italian-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join an international project with a leading social media platform in Lisbon.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Position: Customer Service
Language: Italian (C1/C2) + English (B2+)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (Rotational Shifts)
Days Off: 2 Rotational Days
Salary: €1,000/month x 14 salaries
Attendance Bonus: €100/month (11 months)
Requirements:
Fluent Italian and good English
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment
Candidates must not have previously worked on any ByteDance project
