Position: Japanese Speaking Customer Service Officer

Salary: up to HKD 23K/M
Job description:
- To provide customer services at the front desk
- Inbound tourism support (including but not limited to hotel, restaurant, operational tour, massage booking)
- Support marketing research /promotion strategy
- Handle incoming calls and enquiry from customer
- Communication with Japan HQ
Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent
- Min. 2 years relevant customer service & marketing experience
- Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N1)
- With stable working history, willing to stay with the company for a long term
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
