Overview
Jasper AB Lodging Food & Beverage Operations Manager — Pursuit Collection, Jasper, AB. Full-time, year-round position beginning May 2025. Reports to the Director of Food and Beverage Jasper and supports new initiatives while ensuring consistency across the BJC. This role is part of the shared services team and includes front line operational responsibilities in day-to-day F&B across multiple outlets.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-floor coverage and hands-on operational leadership, especially in the absence of outlet managers, to ensure seamless service and a consistent guest experience.
- Be present during peak periods, manager transitions, or unexpected absences to maintain continuity and leadership presence.
- Deliver structured, consistent training and onboarding for all new F&B managers, including IT access, SOPs, and departmental tools.
