Gather information independently, carry out necessary research and provide in-depth analysis, solutions for all project requirements. Very good experience in Change management. Provide and implement permanent solutions to recurring issues in production. Address business users queries and issues depending on Severity and Scope. Willing to work on Infrastructure upgrade activities and support the verification for Infrastructure implementations. Provide timely updates to management on various activities.
