Overview
We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to report to the Delivery Manager and work closely with the Product Owner. The role will lead a team of software developers and testers to develop one or more of our application suites within a multi‑year roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver new products, features, and hotfixes iteratively using Agile methodology, collaborating with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Developers, and QAs.
- Work with architects and other developers to provide technical input to the Product Owner.
- Act as the first escalation point to remove impediments and maintain development velocity, ensuring sprint goals are met.
- Communicate and escalatation issues clearly and in a timely manner.
