Cognizant is seeking a highly experienced Squad Lead to serve as the delivery anchor of a client-facing POD. This is a senior leadership role that sits above the Technical Lead in the POD structure, combining deep technical credibility with strong Agile delivery discipline, client management expertise, and people leadership.
