Role
Jefe/a Optimización & Tecnología – responsible for leading lifecycle analysis and long‑term optimization of RGBU assets, deployment of new tools and technologies, and overseeing the innovation process for O&M.
Responsibilities
- Lead RGBU asset lifecycle analysis with Controlling and plant managers to define asset profitability.
- Identify and analyze technical upgrades, process improvements, and contractual strategies.
- Propose long‑term optimization strategies using technical, commercial, and financial indicators.
