Deputy Director General – Financial Sector Strengthening Projects (FSSP) Location: Kabul – DAB Type of Employment: Permanent Grade: 11 Reports to: Director General
Responsibilities
Supports the PD in managing the overall implementation of all project activities, including supervision of staff and consultants to ensure objectives are achieved.
Assists in coordinating and ensuring full compliance with the project’s fiduciary requirements, procurement, financial management, and environmental and social risk management.
Supports development and implementation of the Annual Work Plan and Procurement Plan, and periodic short‑term implementation plans for envisaged project activities, and reports on progress.
Ensures project implementation complies with PAISA Project documents (Financing Agreement, Grant Agreement, Project Agreement, Subsidiary Agreement, Project Appraisal Document, Project Operations Manual, Financial Manual, and other relevant do...
