Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career‑ and customer‑oriented **Joint C2 Planning and Integration Specialist** to join our team in **Doral, FL.**
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Serves as a senior subject‑matter expert in Joint Command and Control (C2), integrating cybersecurity, IT operations, and communications systems into operational planning across all phases of the Joint Operational Planning Process (JOPP). Provides expert guidance on how J6 equities shape mission analysis, COA development, COA comparison, COA decision, and plan/order production.
+ Acts as the primary J6 representative during Operational Planning Teams (OPTS), working groups, and boards. Advocates for communications, cyber, and IT requirements; ensures C2 capabilities are accurately captured in planning artifacts; and synchronizes J6 inputs with other functional and component staff sections.
