Summary About the Position: You will be a member of the Joint Training,Readiness and Exercise Division, Operations Directorate, Headquarters Exercise and Training Branch (J371). Serve as an advisor to the Joint Training, Readiness and Exercise Division Chief and represents the division chief at meetings and conferences pertaining to exercise matters. Responsibilities Support development and implementation of an effective, reliable, long range Headquarters exercise program by assisting in the development of a long range plan. Utilize joint training system continuum, assisting in the development and execution of a complex training and exercise program. Ensure the organization’s battle staff is prepared to execute organization’s mission in support of U.S. national military strategy and organization regional requirements.
