The Joint Health & Safety Committee Coordinator has responsibility for providing confidential administrative support to Joint Health & Safety Committees (JHSC). The Coordinator provides day-to-day support to JHSCs by preparing and tracking minutes, inspections, attending meetings, answering queries from JHSC. The Coordinator responds to queries on behalf of the employer regarding health and safety program, policies and positions, represents the University for regulatory visits related to JHSC operations, and acts in the capacity of a management member of JHSCs assigned.
