The Journeyman Framer will play a key role in the construction of high-quality custom homes, working within an integrated design-build environment where key trades are self-performed to ensure consistency, efficiency, and exceptional build quality.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working on-site, collaborating closely with other trades and project leaders, and contributing to projects from the ground up. Experience working with ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) construction is considered a strong asset.
