Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities Interpret blueprints and schematics to determine work procedures.
Dismantle machines using tools necessary.
Update inventory count as items is used for tasks and repairs.
Assist in machinery installation when needed.
Adhere to assembly and installation instructions set forth in vendor manuals.
Fabricate new machine parts if original parts are missing or damaged.
Identify and correct problems found in machines, equipment, or processes to facilitate production.
Repair machinery components as needed.
Diagnostics and repairs on motors, pumps, valves, controls, PLC’s, and metal fabrication equipment.
Work on a wide range of projects.
Assist in training, directing, and supervision of junior employees and apprentices, inspecting and certifying their work.
