Responsibilities
- Draft and review legal agreements including intellectual property licenses, SaaS contracts, software supply agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Monitor international regulatory developments, particularly in Latin America.
- Support regulatory interactions and compliance processes for specialized business operations.
- Contribute to scalable legal infrastructure such as templates, workflows, and support for logistics, staffing, and compliance.
- Maintain records of policies and ensure compliance with global and local standards.
Requirements
- Proficient in Portuguese and English (C1).
- Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
- Licensed to practice law in Brazil with valid registration.
